Ainsworth election results

Aug. 14, 2014 - Ainsworth Lumber Co. Ltd. announced the results from its 2014 annual general meeting of shareholders held on August 12, 2014. All of the eight nominees listed in the Corporation's Management Proxy Circular dated July 3, 2014 proposed by management for election to the board of directors at the Meeting were elected to the board. The directors will remain in office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed.

The results of the vote on the election of the directors are as follows:
