BC court orders Nova Scotia to negotiate with Northern Pulp

The Supreme Court of British Columbia is ordering the government of Nova Scotia to enter into mediation with Northern Pulp, putting on hold the company’s lawsuit against the province.

According to Saltwire.com, in a decision Friday, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Shelley Fitzpatrick sided with Northern Pulp.
