Canfor completes phased purchase agreement of Scotch Gulf Lumber

Aug. 12, 2013, Vancouver - Further to its news release of May 31, 2013, Canfor has completed the purchase agreement with Scotch Gulf Lumber. The purchase agreement reflects the acquisition of Scotch Gulf Lumber over a three year period with the first phase representing a 25 per cent interest.
