Denis Lebel appointed president of Quebec forest industry council
Aug. 25, 2017 - The Conseil de l’industrie forestière du Québec has appointed former MP Denis Lebel as its next president and general manager.
Beginning in September Lebel will succeed André Tremblay, who has been president for six years.
Lebel, who for years served as former Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s Quebec lieutenant, annoucned he was leaving politics in June.
