Domino falling led to logger death in 2012

Nov. 7, 2016 - A logger was using an unsafe practice known as domino falling when he was killed near Terrace, B.C., in 2012, according to a recently released coroner's report.
Art Loring was performing the domino falling of seven trees when one pinned him down, WorkSafeBC investigators found. Domino falling is prohibited by the BC Faller Training Standard.
