First mass-timber condominium proposed for Surrey, BC

A local developer in Surrey, B.C., is hoping to build the city’s first mass-timber residential building complex in the downtown core.

Adera is proposing to construct two six-storey buildings using cross-laminated timber, for a combined 248 homes. The project would take around a year to complete.
