Framing the Future golf tournament to support BC First Nations Forestry Council

May 11, 2022  By Framing the Future

Over the past couple of years many industries have really suffered; lumber and forestry has been fortunate to have been on the other side of that coin. We acknowledge that for us to do what we do, much is in part to our important partnerships with B.C. First Nations all across this province.

The second annual Framing the Future – Lumber Gives Back charity golf tournament is happening June 24 at the UBC Golf Course in Vancouver.

Our key beneficiary is the BC First Nations Forestry Council. We look to help support and encourage more young First Nations men and women to see lumber and forestry as a career to pursue. We are also excited to use this opportunity to give back to local businesses that have not been as fortunate.

Last year the event donated $25,000 to the BC First Nations Forestry Council.
