GM recalling more than 1M pickups

April 18, 2016 - General Motors is recalling more than a million Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickup trucks worldwide with most of the trucks sold in Canada and the U.S., according to a recent article by The Canadian Press.

The story states that the recall is being fuelled by the possibility that the seat belts may not hold the driver in a crash.

The recall covers certain 2014 and 2015 model 1500 pickups.
