Are lumberjacks trendy?

Nov. 14, 2014 – Move over metrosexual man, here comes the lumbersexual man dressed in flannel and sporting an overgrown beard. In urban centres like New York, Los Angeles and even in Toronto, men are wearing forestry gear to go bar hopping.

"He looks like a hardened outdoorsman but his flannel feels soft to the touch. He will open your beer with an omni-present Buck knife," writes Tom Puzak for Gear Junkie.

Those who actually work in forestry can now head out on the town without a shower and a shave.
