July 18, 2013 – Risley’s new Cut-Line tools are a complete line of Forestry Harvesting and Processing Solutions, which can be integrated into O.E.M industrial carriers as well as Risley’s own E-clips Multi-Resource Transformer Machine.

Risley’s Cut-Line tools:

Rolly
The Rolly is a harvester with the ability to fall, delimb and optimize logs at the stump with directional control and agility. Based on a carrier class ranging from 22 to 30 tons, the Rolly is ideal for many types of hard and soft wood applications in timber up to 24” cut to any length.

Cobra
The Cobra is a controlled head processor built for directional processing in and out of diverse decks with button-top agility and powerful rolls to pick and place with accuracy. Based on a carrier class ranging from 22 to 30 tons, the Cobra is well suited to process 3” to 24” diameter wood. With the Heavy Duty Rotate option the operator can process and load trucks in a variety of situations.

Rolly Chipper
The Rolly Chipper is used to eliminate unwanted vegetation in areas where “selective cuts” and “tree to chip” control is necessary. Applications include, pine beetle remediation, hydro vegetation management, seismic, fireguards and right of way clearing. Based on a carrier class ranging from 22 to 30 tons, the Rolly chipper is ideal for many types of hard and soft wood applications.

Lim-mit T.O.P.S
The Lim-mit line of delimbers processes both tree length and cut-to-length. The Lim-mit equipped with T.O.P.S provides CTL processing with true optimization from the top of the tree to the Butt. The accuracy and speed of these models are unequalled while superior qualities in design and workmanship have established the Lim-mit as a reliable machine with an extraordinary service life.
