BC names new minister of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource
June 27, 2017 - Liberal MLA John Rustad is taking on the role of Minister of Forests, Lands and Natural Resources in British Columbia, while maintaining his Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation portfolio. He replaces Steve Thomson, who was appointed speaker.

According to a report by CFTK News, the New Democrat leader is expected to introduce a non-confidence motion next week, which will topple the Liberal government.
