Wildfire in northern Manitoba forces thousands to evacuate

Sept. 1, 2017 - Wildfires burning in northern Manitoba have forced thousands of residents to evacuate. Hercules military transport planes have been sent to transport the evacuees. 

One large forest fire came within 800 metres of the community of Wasagamack.
