Is digital greener than print?
Feb. 25, 2014 - A group that represents the paper and print industry in the U.S. argues that anti-paper green claims are misguided. Most paper discarded in the U.S. is recycled and forest coverage is growing. It points to the growing concern of e-waste as being a bigger problem than the paper industry's use of trees.
The green initiative isn't really the reason behind the paperless fad; businesses are jumping on the green bandwagon to save money, according to an article in The Guardian that examines the question of whether digital is greener than paper.
