Logging blockaders fight injunction in court
Sept. 9, 2016 - Elphinstone Logging Focus, a group that has set up a blockade on the slopes of Mount Elphinstone in British Columbia to stop Peninsula Logging from accessing the area, was expected to ask a Vancouver judge to lift an injunction against the blockade this week.

A judge for the group was to appear in court yesterday. Peninsula filed and was granted the injunction in late August.
