Lumber prices up over last year
Aug. 15, 2016 - Calculated Risk's Bill McBride reports that framing lumber prices are up year-over-year after a downtrend since 2014.

According to McBride, right now random lengths prices are up 9 per cent from a year ago, and CME futures are up about 17 per cent year-over-year.
