InterSaw returns in 2014

Oct. 29, 2013, Montreal – Mark your calendars for September 26-27, 2014 as industry leaders from the sawmilling and secondary woodworking market converge on Olympic Stadium for the relocated InterSaw event, which is now sharing the spotlight with the brand new Canada Woodworking East event.

Presented by Master Promotions Ltd., combined, these two shows are expected to attract some 250 exhibiting companies and over 5,000 trade show visitors, with over 200,000 sq.ft of exhibit space available!

"We are very pleased to return with InterSaw and debuting Canada Woodworking East in Montreal," says Show Manager Shawn Murphy. "The opportunity to have these facets of the woodworking and sawmilling industry in one place, at one time, in a major venue like Olympic Stadium is very exciting and will offer huge sales potential to exhibiting companies and convenience for visitors," says Murphy.

The InterSaw portion of the event will attract sawmill owners, mill workers and other stakeholders. It will focus on the full spectrum of sawmilling equipment and technology, from influences in the log-yard through primary and secondary breakdown, to the final shipping of the product. Quebec sawmills produce over a quarter of the nation's lumber with over 400 primary processing plants throughout the region. Visitors will find the latest and most innovative products and equipment to help these mills run at the highest rate of efficiency.

Canada Woodworking East will allow exhibitors to connect with Eastern Canada's secondary woodworking market. "This event will attract commercial and residential cabinet manufacturers and installers, commercial and home furniture manufacturers, architectural woodworkers, millwork, molding, door and stair manufacturers and the list goes on," explains Show Manager Mike Neeb. "This event will have the machinery, hardware and accessories needed to transform wood into these much sought after products," says Neeb. "We are very excited to present this event to the sawmilling and secondary wood processing market," says Neeb.

Trade show badges from either event will allow attendees admission to both events.
