Brink buying Vanderhoof Specialty Wood Products
Aug. 26, 2016 - Brink Forest Products Ltd. has entered into an agreement with the BID Group of Companies to purchase Vanderhoof Specialty Wood Products Ltd.

The acquisition will make Brink the largest remanufacturer and finger-joint producer in Canada, according to owner John Brink. The company currently owns facilities in Prince George, B.C., and Houston.
