Brunette introduces new debarker

May 1, 2014 - The Brunette Reclaimer is a bin-style rotary debarker, developed to help increase fibre supply by performing quality debarking on difficult wood. The cost savings to the mill begin with its extreme-duty, modular frame and simplified design, which minimizes the need for large spare parts inventory, making it easy and inexpensive to maintain.

Inside the machine, the aggressive abrader teeth are oriented and engineered to allow for tight interface opening (I.F.O.), selected to suit the final application. This allows the machine to process wood for many difficult applications, including log yard debris, pulp wood, cedar, frozen aspen and mixed hardwoods, with minimal fibre damage. The rugged construction of the Brunette Reclaimer ensures it is tolerant to rock and mineral content, and is built to last.

Available in continuous feed models, or batch feed with a side discharge gate (for more go to brunettemc.com).
