Canfor completes purchase of Wynndel
April 15, 2016 - Canfor Corporation has announced that, further to its announcement from January of this year, it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Wynndel Box & Lumber Ltd. located in the Creston Valley, British Columbia.

As reported in January, the purchase includes Wynndel’s sawmill located in Wynndel, B.C. with an annual production capacity of 65 million bdft. The deal also includes the approximately 65,000 cu. m. of annual harvesting rights in the Kootenay Lake Timber Supply Area previously owned by Wynndel.
