Optimizing saw logs from the inside out

CT log scanning in the sawing or bucking process allows virtual sawing and quality grade evaluation of each product in a breakdown pattern, before sawing. The information is then used to optimize the breakdown process using value, rather than volume. Systems running at production speeds are already in action.
