Scientist backs report on glyphosate spraying

Aug. 23, 2016 - Dr. John McLaughlin, the chief science officer and senior scientist with Public Health Ontario, says he agrees with the findings of a report released in New Brunswick examining the use of glyphosate by the forestry industry in the province.
The report found that glyphosate – used by companies as an aerial spray to control undergrowth – poses no increased health risk to residents.
