Shutdown threatens logistics
Oct 7, 2013, Milton, NL - A pallet manufacturer has expressed concern over Sexton Lumber's shutdown. Without the local supply of lumber, the mill will have to have lumber shipped into the province to make the pallets that transfer products around Newfoundland. The owner of the mill told local news that if Sexton Lumber doesn't reopen soon, it won't be able to keep up with demand.
