The 318-horsepower (gross) DX380LL-5 log loader is a new machine size for Doosan. Check it out at booth A-15.

Log Max
The ProCut 2330 from Log Max Forestry Service Inc. is simply designed for optimal processing of 23-inch diameter timber. Extended front knives make it easier for handling large timbers and processing operations. Precise high-speed feeding and high traction increases consistency in length measuring. Three drive feed rollers provide high traction to firmly feed the tree through the head. The triple grip also limits slipping, and prevents bark from clogging the measuring wheel.
Find Log Max at booth S-12.

Waratah Forestry Canada
Waratah will be showcasing its new lineup of 600 series harvester processor models including the new 623C4x4 and 624CW Grapple Processor. The interactive static display will include jumbo tron video presentations, 3D simulators, and static viewing of the full Waratah lineup including two sizes of steep slope directional felling heads. Waratah 623C4x4 and 624C models can also be seen working live on various OEM Demo sites including Doosan, Deere, Linkbelt, Madill, and others. Find Waratah at booth S-2.

Caterpillar Forest Products
Caterpillar will conduct a live demo featuring our 552 Series 2 Steep Slope Package, the 555D wheel skidder with high rotational seat and the Cat Advanced Ride Management System, Forest Machine featuring the rear entry cab and integrated with a SATCO head, as well as a large static machine display. Caterpillar will have simulators for the track feller buncher and forest machines at their booth. Find Caterpillar at booth A-1.

Doosan
In response to a growing demand for a larger Doosan log loader, a third model was recently added to the lineup. The 318-horsepower (gross) DX380LL-5 log loader is a new machine size for Doosan to better serve forestry professionals for shovel logging and log-loading tasks. Similar to other Doosan log loaders – the DX225LL-5 and DX300LL-5 – the DX380LL-5 log has been designed for demanding forestry applications. Weighing approximately 113,500 pounds, it is the first Doosan log loader in this size class. Production is critical to logging operations and the DX380LL-5 log loader provides high swing torque and approximately 44 feet of reach at ground level.

Uptime protection is also important in forestry applications and the DX380LL-5 is manufactured with heavy-duty components and application-specific guarding to keep it running strong and to help minimize downtime. The machine is built with a high and wide undercarriage for excellent ground clearance. It comes standard with a factory built forestry cab with excellent all-around visibility, including a standard rear-view camera. Boom, arm, cylinder and side guards help to minimize damage and machine downtime. Find Doosan at booth A-15.

Southstar
Southstar Equipment’s static booth S-38 will be featuring every Southstar product available – from its QS450 Processor Head to its FD750 Felling Head. Southstar’s products will also be on display at various active booths. The Southstar QS605 Grapple Processor will be in operation at Tigercat booth (A-3). Southstar’s FD750 Felling Head will be seen in action at the John Deere booth (A-13). And the QS600 Processor head will be featured at the Hyundai booth (S-13).

Quadco Equipment Inc.
Quadco will be featuring its new 22SC high-speed saw and its 26B series disc saw heads for big wood, as well as a 45-inch forestry mower. The Quadco 7000 series heads, high-accumulation and high-speed saws will also be on display. Come by Quadco’s booth S-8 to checkout Keto 660 and 870 harvester heads. The booth will feature all Quadco and Southstar attachments. Quadco and Southstar will be holding a raffle everyday for Quad Tooth saw teeth or processor bar and chain. The companies will also be taking donations for Camp Goodtimes – a camp in Maple Ridge for children with cancer – and will match every donation made.
