TP&EE announces 15 workshop presentations

Aug. 8, 2016 - Timber Processing & Energy Expo this fall will include a lumber manufacturing workshop with 15 presentations on topics such as saw filing, scanning and profiling.

“There’s a great range of topics in this workshop,” show director Rich Donnell said in a news release. “We’ll basically have two meeting rooms going on simultaneously with presentations during the morning and afternoon. You can’t beat what you’ll get for the cost.”

TP&EE, taking place this year Sept. 28-30 at the Portland Exposition Center in Portland, Ore., is produced by Hatton-Brown Expositions, LLC, an affiliate of Timber Processing and Panel World magazines.

Cost of the Lumber Manufacturing Workshop is $75, which includes access to any of the presentations, a three-day pass to the expo exhibits, and a beer and brat ticket for the expo Beer Garden.

TP&EE will feature more than 200 equipment and technology exhibitors and more than 60,000 square feet of exhibit space. The event caters to primary producers of lumber, plywood and engineered wood products.
