Tree planters leaving Nova Scotia for higher pay

Aug. 29, 2017 - Silviculture contractors in Nova Scotia say the next generation of tree planters are leaving the province for higher paying jobs with more certainty.
Twenty-year contractor Adam Forest told CBC News he met with Premier Stephen McNeil earlier this summer to outline his concerns, but doesn’t expect to see any changes anytime soon.
