Trump making SLA deal even harder: Don Pittis
Oct. 12, 2016 - Donald Trump's comments about the U.S. losing out on trade will continue to hamper negotiations for a Canada-U.S. soft wood lumber agreement, regardless of who is elected, according to CBC's Don Pittis.

Pittis writes that, “As with our many other commodities, such as oil and fertilizer and aluminum, the U.S. benefits enormously when Canada exports the product of its forests to the U.S.”
