UCS expands global supply chain
The UCS Forest Group of Companies announced that the company will provide mill direct sales directly to customers in North America and throughout the world under the banner of UCS Global.

UCS Forest Group of Companies owns the subsidiary companies of Upper Canada Forest Products, Sierra Forest Products and A&M Wood Specialty. The new director of UCS Global, Hugh Reitz, will be working through its network of eight North American distribution centers to provide expedited services when required.
Warren Spitz, president of UCS Forest Group, is delighted with the new initiative and pleased to introduce Reitz. “Mr. Reitz, is a U.S. based 15-year industry veteran who is highly skilled at matching customer needs to the wood supply located anywhere in the world. In his new role Hugh will perform the dual functions of purchasing and sales and ensuring compliance with import and environmental policies.
