U.S. softwood lumber prices still up
June 29, 2016 – Softwood lumber prices in the United States are up year-over-year, despite a slight drop in prices reported in recent weeks.

Information service Random Lengths reports the framing lumber composite price was $352/1,000 bdft, up six per cent since 2015.
SPF 2×4 #2 & Btr is priced at $320/1,000 bdft, up almost 11 per cent over last year’s price.
