Seth Norris
Seth Norris has a specialized Bachelor’s of Science degree in wood products processing from the University of British Columbia. His work in the industry has included experience in sawmill manufacturing and the development of standard manufacturing procedures. As Element5’s wood specialist, his valuable knowledge and experience helps the company optimize the manufacturing process, by monitoring and controlling material inputs to ensure E5’s glulam and CLT panels are manufactured to exacting standards for optimal performance.
Robert Mlinarič
Robert Mlinarič is a highly respected specialist for complete CLT and glulam production solutions with 30 years of expertise in the field. As a chief sales officer at Ledinek for many years, he is one of the driving forces in the company and deals with the most demanding and complex research oriented projects. R&D company Ledinek is a trendsetter in this field and a global provider of complete, customer tailored turnkey solutions for CLT and glulam production.
