FPInnovations continues networking initative

Dec. 15, 2014, Burlington, Ont. – FPInnovations is continuing its commitment to an industry professional networking group based in southern Ontario.

The Wood Industry Social Network, established by FPInnovations Industry Advisor Alain Albert, holds monthly gatherings that give industry professionals an opportunity to share business ideas, make new connections, and discuss issues facing the industry.

FPInnovations has committed funding for an additional six months for the program, which has been running monthly events in Burlington, southwest of Toronto. Currently, there are close to 100 people in the group and close to 1200 subscribe to the weekly email newsletter targeting the wood industry in Ontario.
