WorkSafeBC fines Revelstoke logging company

July 7, 2017 - Revelstoke, B.C.-based Canyon Creek Contracting has been handed a $13,783.82 fine by WorkSafeBC over the death of worker in 2015.
Max Stoller died from injuries he sustained from a log that slid down the hillside during a logging operation north of Revelstoke, BC Local News reports.
A WorkSafeBC report found the company did not do enough to ensure the safety of its workers prior to the incident. Read the full story.
