WorksafeBC releases faller video

Mar. 14, 2014 – Manually falling trees remains one of the most dangerous jobs in forestry and working in mountainous regions adds to the danger. WorksafeBC has released a video that shows how a faller was killed when a 500 lbs slab dislodged from a danger tree to strike the worker. The video goes on to explain how this accident could have been prevented.
