WorkSafeNB investigating death of worker at Devon Lumber

WorkSafeNB is investigating the death of Troy Lewis Bourque, a worker at Devon Lumber Co. in Fredericton, N.B., on Oct. 11, reports CBC News.

No details about the nature of the incident have been released as of yet.

“The investigation will help us determine how the fatality may have been prevented and whether there were any violations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act or its regulations,” WorkSafeNB spokesperson Laragh Dooley told CBC News.
