Fire at shuttered Port Alberni, B.C., mill ‘suspicious’, RCMP say

A fire at the shuttered Somass sawmill in Port Alberni, B.C., has been deemed suspicious by RCMP.

Four fire departments responded to the blaze on Saturday at the mill, formerly owned by Western Forest Products.
