Lower property taxes for N.B. forest landowners

Dec. 14, 2016 - Compared to other parts of Canada, forest landowners in New Brunswick pay very low property taxes.

One of the reasons, is that the land is considered a forest and not a commercial property, according to the CBC's detailed coverage of the situation.
