A system, combining holistic strategy, unique fire retardant, and non-combustible sheathing satisfying Building Codes in the U.K. that threatened a complete ban on wood frame construction due to high profile construction site fires. Working closely with U.K. Timber Frame Association (UKTFA) to develop the present Fire Guidance, IWS remains the only full product offering meeting the strictest category of fire mitigation when correctly employed, for Course of Construction allowing wood framing against existing buildings."
