Resolute to keep mill heated

Dec. 1, 2014 - Resolute Forest Products has agreed to keep the heat on at the Fort Frances paper mill it shuttered recently while a buyer is found. Unifor issued a news releases saying the union negotiated the deal to raise the likelihood of finding a buyer.

According to the CBC, Unifor said it believes the forest industry is in recovery and expressed gratitude that the Fort Frances mill will not be abandoned.
