CFI opens nominations for ninth annual Top 10 Under 40

It’s that time of year again! Canadian Forest Industries’ annual Top 10 Under 40 contest is back! Nominations are now open.

As the average age in the forestry workforce continues to go up, it’s more important than ever that we highlight our future forestry stars and celebrate their accomplishments. From loggers and sawmillers to foresters and machine operators, these young, skilled and knowledgeable people are the best and brightest in our industry.

For nine years now, CFI has been recognizing young forestry workers’ achievements in with our Top 10 Under 40 contest. Strong work ethic, leadership by example and efforts to grow the quality of our industry will be acknowledged. Join us as we celebrate the next-generation of forestry stars!

Who can be nominated?

Nominations are open for anyone who is in the logging, sawmilling or associated industries who is under the age of 40 as of December 31, 2020. Equipment and technology suppliers are also welcome.

Winners will receive a framed certificate and be featured in the September/October 2021 issue of CFI.
