Cherryville landslide appeal hearing scheduled

Nov. 21, 2016 - After a 2012 landslide in Cherryville, B.C., landed debris close to a home, Infotel News is reporting that the two companies held responsible are set for a hearing in March.

Tolko Industries and Weyerhaeuser both appealed the fines imposed on them by the Ministry of Forests.

Neither will comment until the appeal process is complete.
