Limited supply causes lumber prices to soar
July 18, 2017 - Lost production at B.C. sawmills due to wildfires has resulted in a jump in lumber prices and experts say prices could continue to rise.

According to a report in The Canadian Press, analysts expect prices will rise between six and eight per cent over the next couple of weeks partially due to fears over limited lumber supply.
