PLT Canada’s Green Jobs Summit has successfully put on their first Green Jobs Summit with over 100 attendees online following COVID-19 concerns.
Previously scheduled as a two-day, in-person event, forest and conservation sector professionals from SFI-certified organizations and partners across Canada for PLT Canada’s Green Jobs E-Summit, came together to learn about multiple topics, including; diversity of careers in the forest and conservation sector, career options and more.
Following the event, PLT Canada expressed that it is looking forward to hosting more Green Jobs E‑Summits – in partnership with the Government of Canada’s Youth Employment and Skills Strategy – in the future.
