Sneak peek inside Canfor’s sawmill
Take a look inside our operations to see how Canfor turns logs into top-grade lumber.
After harvesting, logs are transported to our operation’s woodyards. Then our logs are processed into dimensional lumber, ready for sale to our valued customers.
Although the basic approach for milling logs is the same as it has been for over a century, new tools, technologies and techniques have made the process more efficient, sustainable and safer, yielding more quality lumber out of every log.
