Strongco and Great West Equipment unite under Nors brand

Strongco and Great West Equipment, two major players in Canada’s construction equipment industry, are merging under the Nors brand as part of a global transformation. Nors, with a legacy of over 90 years, now consolidates its portfolio, including 17 former brands from seven countries across three continents.

The rebranding, announced at a Porto, Portugal event streamed to 3,000 employees, positions Nors as a major force in Canada with 37 branches and more than 750 employees, covering over 80 per cent of the market.

Nors’ CEO, Tomás Jervell, highlighted the new brand’s commitment to quality service, technical expertise, and sustainability, which he says will drive growth across all geographies.
